She/Her

LGBTQIA+ Counseling & Gender Specialist

As a queer transwoman, I am personally aware of and have experienced the unique challenges faced by the LGBTQIA+ community. I am passionate about serving our communities, helping each of us find our most authentic selves, and meeting the challenges we face, together. I want to give you a safe and affirming space where you can feel comfortable exploring who you are and who you want to be.

I also work with families and friends of LGBTQIA+ individuals to gain a greater understanding of what it's like to be LGBTQIA+ and how you can provide support, find acceptance, and show love.

Each of us is a unique blend of our experiences, and so I utilize a highly individualized approach to therapy.  Together, we will explore strategies and approaches that work for you.  I work with LGBTQIA+ individuals from an affirmative and supportive framework that allows for greater self-understanding and self-acceptance of both sexual orientation and gender. I provide letters of support for gender-affirming care and will work to help you find authenticity, whatever that means for you.

I believe that everyone-regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation-deserves to find and experience authenticity. In this world of judgment, hate, and discrimination, I want to give you the space to work on the challenges you face openly and honestly. No matter the challenges you face, I want to help you find the life and the happiness you deserve!
