Supervision

  • Individual Supervision

At Mockingbird, we provide supervision for dependently licensed counselors in Ohio and Washington who are pursuing independent licensure.

We focus on developing clinical skills, exploring specialization, and improving case conceptualization skills.

We utilize a developmentally-based approach which is individualized to your needs and your experience/skill-level.

  • Group Supervision

Supervision groups are made-up of dependently and independently licensed clinicians who are seeking feedback, perspective, skill development, and community with other therapists.

Group supervision is offered both online and in-person at our Ohio office.

  • Internship Opportunities

Internship applications for 2026 are closed.

We will reopen the application process in December 2026 for 2027 interns.

If you’re interested in completing your internship at Mockingbird Counseling and serving the LGBTQIA+ communities, please reach-out!

  • LPCC Supervision

For independently licensed clinicians who are pursuing their supervision designation, or for those who are seeking consultation on specific clients, we offer affordable and reliable consultation and supervision services in both Ohio and Washington.

  • Consultation Services

Therapists who are seeking consultation about a specific client or population or to enhance their expertise, we offer short-term consultation services.

Consultation services are not and do not replace supervision, but they can be an excellent way to increase your skills or gain perspective with challenging clients or situations.
